Those of you that are long term customers of ours know that we are champions of solid products versus liquids. As the demand increases for zero packaging and plastic reduction, new products are flooding the market. Solid dish soap is more environmentally friendly than liquid soap. Solid soap uses significantly less energy to produce as well as 20 times less packaging. Liquid soaps often consist of up to 80% water, meaning you need to use more to get the same job done.

Our solid dish soap is the hardest bar that Richelle has ever formulated, so hard, in fact, that the first batch broke our soap cutter. We’ve been using it ourselves for months and it does the job – tons of suds, great grease cutting ability, long lasting, and great fragrance from sweet orange essential oil. Richelle wanted a bigger, thicker, more long-lasting bar, so she recently made a change from our original 3.5 ounce bar to a 5.5 ounce monster!

The kit gives you everything you need to get started in this new dishwashing endeavor. The sisal soap bag has proved itself by scrubbing gunk off our grungiest pots and pans. The round silicone soap pad will allow your soap to drain. Once you purchase the kit the only thing you’ll need to replace is the soap bar.
