Eliminate chemical-based stain removers from your laundry room.
Simply wet the stain on the fabric, wet the Hogwash Bar, and rub it into the stain. No need to wash immediately. We have salvaged more clothes than you can imagine!
Make laundry soap using our Hogwash Bar
Use a 3 – 5 gallon bucket to mix as follows.
Place one grated Hogwash Bar in a sauce pan.
Add 6 cups water and heat over medium heat until melted.
Stir in ½ cup each borax and washing soda. Pour the hot soap mixture into the bucket.
Add 26 cups of water and stir.
Soap may be used immediately when hot. Within 24 hours it will cool to a heavy gel.
Use ½ cup per load for top-loading machines and ¼ cup for high efficiency machines and front loaders.

If you haven’t purchased this yet, you don’t know what you’re missing out on. If you ever get a greasy spot on your shirt or your pants, you can simply scrub treat your fabric with this bar of soap and it all comes out in the wash!

I’ve told everyone about HogWash getting out any stain but oh my goodness!
Yesterday, in my car, my RED tinted lip balm was liquified in the heat of my car. I pulled the cap off and blood red sprayed all over my pale green medical scrubs! (My favorites of course) They looked like a patient bled all over me!
I was positive nothing would take the stains out, but guess what?…..
I’m absolutely blown away by that product! You can’t even see where the stain was!

I purchased this May at the Teach them Diligently Homeschool conference. I had not used it much or on anything that wouldn’t come out in a normal wash. Well, a couple of weeks ago, while on vacation, M&M dye leaked through the bag(because it got wet and I had it sitting on my leg) and got 3 color stains on my off white $50 linen pants!! I thought I will never get this out! Well, I thought let me try this and see. I couldn’t believe it! There is not a trace of the dye on my pants! They are good as new! I love this bar!
